Preheat oven and a baking sheet to 240C/fan 220C.
Step 1 – Mix bread flour, salt, and instant yeast in a large bowl. Quickly pour some warm water and olive oil and knead it to a rough dough.
Step 2 – Preheat the oven to 240C/fan 220C after placing a baking sheet.
Step 3 – Place the dough on a surface and knead for 5 mins to make it smooth and springy.
Step 4 – Roll out or stretch the dough with your hands a little to about 25cm across and place it a floured baking sheet.
Step 5 – Spread a tomato sauce for pizza and add the toppings you love with loads of cheese. Place the floured sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 mins until the pizza is crisp.

- 125g unsalted butter
- 100g plain flour
- 100g rye flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 200g brown sugar
- 100g caster sugar
- 1 whole egg and 2 egg yolks

- 200g small chocolate chunks
Step 1 – Melt the butter in a saucepan and allow it to cool. Mix the sugars in the butter and add egg, 2 yolks, vanilla extract. Beat the mixture properly.
Step 2 – Mix the plain flour, rye flour, salt, bicarb soda, and baking soda in a bowl and add the mixture in Step 1 to this bowl.
Step3 – Knead the mixture in a dough. Fold the chocolate chunks in the dough and chill for at least 3 hours or more until the dough is firm.
Step 4 – Heat the oven to 180-degree celsius. Separate the dough in small pieces and roll them into a ball. Place the balls on a parchment paper with a little space between each ball to allow the cookies to spread while baking.
Step 5 – Let the cookies bake for 10 minutes, remove from the oven, slam the sheet against your work surface, and place them back in the oven. Repeat the process again after 3 minutes and place them back in the oven. Bake for another 3 minutes or more depending upon how firm you want your cookies to be.
Step 6 – Allow them to cool down for 10 minutes before removing from the oven and then cool them completely before consuming.
