Our eye’s help us to see all the beautiful things in this world. We can’t do any work without eyes. Our eyes are a wonderful gift from God. Our eyes help us in communicating, viewing, showing, expressing our feelings. Follow this tips to protect your eyes.

Sleeping improves your eyes health. Don’t give up sleep for anything. Massage your eyes with your fingers for two minutes daily. Eat more fish and egg which makes your eyes stronger. And also add milk, butter, and curd in your diet.

Blink your eyes:

Are you an IT employee be aware of your eye health. They may struggle due to eye irritation, pain. People working at the computer will forget to blink their eyes. So please blink your eyes while working on the computer or it may lead to big eye disease.

Anti-glare:

Wear anti-glare glass to protect your eyes. IT employs must wear it.

Eye pain:

If you are continuously working on the computer, your eyes get tired and have pain. Rub your hands and keep that on your eyes for reducing eye pain.

Once in an hour:

Sitting continuously in front of the computer and working may affect your eyes and reduce eye power. So get up and go out at least once in two hours to see the trees plants and the outside world to relax and refresh your eyes.

Spinach and carrots good for eyes

Eat spinach thrice a week. It improves eye health. Daily eat a carrot. Carrots are good for the eyes.  Leafy greens lower the risk of developing macular degeneration and cataracts.

Oranges:

Oranges are rich in vitamin C. Vitamin C reduce the risk of developing cataracts. Eat oranges twice a week for the better result.

Almonds:

Almonds are rich in vitamin E which protect the eyes from free radical damage. It helps to protect cells in the body from oxidation and decrease age-related macular degeneration. Eat two almonds daily after wake up or before bed.

Fish:

Fishes are rich in docosahexaenoic acid – a fatty acid found in your retina. To maintain healthy eyesight eat more amount of fish. Fish also help to reduce eye diseases.

Fruits and vegetables:

Carrot, apple, pomegranate, papaya, snake guard, gooseberry, banana, guava, tomato, lemon, black grapes, jack fruit, pineapple are good for eyes. Milk, curd, butter, ghee, cream, and all milk products maintain healthy eyesight.

Dark berries:

It gives a better night vision. They are rich in anthocyanins, which prevent snow blindness caused by macular degeneration and cataracts.
It stronger the capillaries that deliver blood and nutrients to the eye.

Beef:

Red meat is rich in zinc. This mineral helps release vitamin A from the liver so that it can use that in eye tissues. A zinc deficiency can cause macula deterioration of the center of the retina, which can lead to sight loss. So eat beef to improve eyesight.
